For a fixed 10% commercial fee, providers can strengthen assessment quality and reduce the delivery drag caused by late, weak or inconsistent feedback.

The 10% is a fixed commercial fee calculated against the apprenticeship funding value supported or generated by the selected pillar. Providers choosing a Value Pillar access Journey with £0 platform fee.

How assessment support works in practice

The service strengthens the quality engine around learner work: assessment and feedback planning, feedback-quality checks, IQA sampling and moderation, mock assessment support and gateway evidence checks, all reported through a monthly quality report. Because it works on the live record, sampling reflects the real state of delivery rather than a copy.

An at-risk learner view surfaces where turnaround or feedback quality is slipping, so support reaches the learners who need it before it affects achievement. The fixed 10% commercial fee is tied to the apprenticeship value supported, and providers choosing a Value Pillar access Journey with £0 platform fee.
