Admin, ILR, evidence, audits and operating control for providers who want fewer blind spots.
Journey Compliance Protection & Admin Ops is a support service for UK apprenticeship providers covering ILR preparation, evidence and data checks, audit file preparation, annual FE-style and Ofsted-readiness audits and director-level compliance visibility — for a fixed 10% commercial fee with £0 platform fee.
Most providers do not struggle because they lack intent. They struggle because admin tasks pile up, evidence gaps appear late, reviews are missed, ILR data becomes messy and leaders cannot see the real operating position quickly enough.
Journey Compliance Protection & Admin Ops gives providers structured support around the daily work that protects funding evidence, delivery visibility and leadership control — including annual FE-style and Ofsted-readiness audits.
Admin and compliance tasks normally consume internal teams and create hidden risk. Stronger operating habits protect funding evidence and give leaders earlier visibility of risk.
For a fixed 10% commercial fee, providers get a stronger operating layer around the admin and compliance tasks that normally consume internal teams and create hidden risk.
The 10% is a fixed commercial fee calculated against the apprenticeship funding value supported or generated by the selected pillar. Providers choosing a Value Pillar access Journey with £0 platform fee.
Providers reduce admin drag, surface evidence gaps earlier, and give directors a clear operating picture before audits or inspections.
The service wraps structured support around the daily work that protects funding evidence: ILR preparation, learner data and evidence checks, chasing of reviews and off-the-job shortfalls, and audit file preparation. Monthly compliance and risk reports give directors an early view of where evidence is thin, rather than discovering it during a funding audit.
On top of the routine work, the service includes an annual FE-style audit and an annual Ofsted-readiness audit, with an optional second audit per year. These review the data held in the platform against the published DfE funding rules and the November 2025 Ofsted framework, so the operating picture you act on reflects the standards you are actually held to. Journey is independent software and is not DfE or Ofsted approved.

Funding-safe and audit-ready by design
Every record is scoped to your organisation on each read and write — one provider can never see another's data.
Every state change is recorded against the real person who made it, so the history stands up at audit.
Funding is computed server-side against the right year for each start date — 2024/25 and 2025/26, and built to adopt the 2026/27 pack now published by the DWP.
AI is metered per tenant, prompts are scrubbed of learner PII and outputs are validated, falling back gracefully.
Built and operated by a UK company to externally-audited information-security standards.
No lock-in: export your data whenever you like, and your employer relationships always remain yours.
Journey is independent software and is not DfE or Ofsted approved. It does not guarantee funding or inspection outcomes.
